The homeowner rents out this property to four different tenants and was leaking in one of the units. She decided to get a new roof and also decided to get extra ventilation throughout the roof.

The homeowner reached out to Klaus Roofing of Upstate NY and wanted us to look at a possible Shingle Roof and Siding replacement. You can see how the Klaus products gave this home a new and exciting look! The original siding was a lighter shade of green and the customer wanted a color that would stand out. The red siding definitely accomplished that!

Klaus Roofing of Upstate NY was called to install a new dropdown light for the customer. We had to first remove the old light and part of the sheet rock. Once we removed the old light and installed the new one, we then re-sheet rocked the area around the new lighting and applied a new coat of paint. 

Homeowners roof was over 25 years old with two layers of shingles and some bad plywood. Needed a new roof and loved the Klaus roofing system.

The homeowner called Klaus Roofing of Upstate NY. They wanted new black roofing and dark blue siding to replace their current ones. You can see the wear & tear plus major discoloring.
